Satisfi Customer Service App Now Available On iOS

The game-changing customer service app known as Satisfi is now accessible for iOS device users.

Originally launched last month for Android (News - Alert) users, the app enables customers to communicate directly with businesses in real-time and allows businesses to quickly respond to customers' concerns and requests.


"Satisfi offers the speed of technology while preserving the human factor that other tech solutions lack," Satisfi co-founder and CEO David Montoya said in a recent press release. "At the touch of a button, customers reach the person with the means to immediately fulfill their needs before they give up and turn to social media to vent their frustration."

Customers can access Satisfi through the free Android or iOS apps, a QR code on signage, geo-location on the web app, i-beacon or a text-back feature. Once in the app, customers are able to select an issue from the supplied checklist provided by the business or type a request of their own and submit feedback as well as their email address. Then one or more team members within the organization are immediately notified to the incoming feedback and respond accordingly.

This prevents problems from escalating, keeps customers engaged and loyal, and provides businesses with a private and secure channel for consumers to voice their concerns.

Businesses will have the opportunity to maintain a positive reputation and hopefully avoid the incidence of bad online reviews on social media sites such as Yelp (News - Alert) as problems can be solved and dealt with before they become too big to handle and before customers become so frustrated that they have nowhere else to turn but to the Internet to share their unsatisfying experience with the public.

Businesses also have the ability to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses in their customer service experience with Satisfi's back-end analytics--something that separates Satisfi from others in the mobile messaging field.

The app can be applied across many industries including hospitality, retail and automotive. It can be used by hotel guests to ask for more pillows, a shopper to ask for another size without having to leave a dressing room, or even by a sports fan to alert stadium officials of a disruptive seat mate without having to actually get involved with the disruptive person or missing part of the game.
