It saw explosive growth for ten straight quarters, and was the leader in the business-driven identity and access management (IAM) segment, according to Gartner and Forrester (News - Alert). Much of this growth has been due to the strong leadership skills and business acumen of Mr. Vaishnavi.

Prior to Aveska, Mr. Vaishnavi worked with BMC Corporation where he was responsible for global marketing and worldwide field operations. He was with this company for two years (2008-2010) and helped to build this company's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) sector. Before BMC, Mr. Vaishnavi held the position of the Chief Marketing Officer at Bladelogic, an IPO that was later acquired by BMC Software. He was also the founder and CEO of Rishisoft, Vice-president Marketing and Corporate Development at Opticom (News - Alert) and Director Product Strategy at Aprisma Management Technologies.
