At last report, BillSoft (News - Alert) is making some major strides in the field. With retail, technology, and telecommunications industries taking an interest in BillSoft's line of products, especially as relates to BillSoft's offerings in sales tax and use tax issues, it's not surprising that other markets are starting to come around and consider BillSoft's lineup as well. Especially since BillSoft is looking to make it easier with new products to emerge as well.
For instance, BillSoft has recently brought out some new modifications to one particular system, its BillSoft Disaster Recovery system. With the new modifications, BillSoft Disaster Recovery can now offer live data replication tools as well as automatic failover, which together provide important help for those businesses eager to protect data in the event of a natural disaster by sending it to a safe remote location. Additionally, BillSoft has reportedly put a class 5 underground facility to use in terms of the primary data center used to store the data, which offers some substantial security benefits for the users.
BillSoft's biggest benefit, though, is to just about any business that has to deal with taxes in general, which is most businesses on at least some level. While BillSoft's lineup might not be well-suited for the corner grocery store due to its sheer capability, larger businesses looking for the ideal means to protect data remotely and keep it all on hand for tax purposes may well find a valuable ally here. For instance, BillSoft's EZTax system offers the ability to calculate hundreds of different tax systems in over 70,000 different tax jurisdictions. It can do all this at the rate of, at last report, 3.4 billion transactions an hour, and can work with several different tax structures ranging from per item taxes to flat fee taxes and beyond.
While BillSoft has a lot going on, there's no need to navigate its various offerings alone. Those who head out to the Rio in Las Vegas today through August 14 will be able to check out the ITEXPO West event. There will be a staggering array of vendors exhibiting products and services at the event and so too will there be plenty of industry figures offering up insight on the markets in question. Those interested in checking out BillSoft's product line, meanwhile, need only proceed to Booth 531, where BillSoft will be in attendance. We also have video on BillSoft's products and a variety of other topics available at this link.
Taxes are something no business really wants to deal with, but must to remain in business. Having the right tools on hand, meanwhile, means the tax picture can be a whole lot simpler to work with, and at the end of the day, it's good to be able to convert a must-do like taxes into a simple matter that's over with quickly. It allows a business to get back to what it does best, namely, make the money to be taxed in the first place.
