If you have been following Twitter (News - Alert) lately, you will notice that over the past year and a half it has acquired about a dozen companies. Its latest acquisition is a retargeting company called TapCommerce. This week, Zain (News - Alert) Kuwait and Huawei announced a partnership that is geared towards launching a VoLTE solution in the Middle East. The companies’ combined solution supposedly creates the ability to hear better and feel closer to people that are talking through the use of VoLTE.
