It is common for companies to rebrand themselves as they make changes to their business offerings and one such company that has rebranded recently is payvia. Its new name, Outspoken, is in tune with the company's core business of SMS and MMS marketing.
Under the new brand name, Outspoken plans to offer innovative and rich media services to its customers. This new strategy is to help the company make the best use of the growing mobile messaging market around the world. According to Portio Research, the worldwide messaging market is expected to be worth $310.2 billion by 2016 with the main contribution coming from SMSs at 63.5 percent, MMS at 15.3 percent, mobile email at 16.2 percent and mobile IM at five percent respectively. Outspoken wants to position itself as the leader in this segment so that it take a lion's share of the revenue by 2016.
As a part of its rebranding strategy, it has launched a new product called Brilliant (News - Alert) by Outspoken to help clients with video transcoding. This service is available on a range of mobile devices and allows users to share video and rich media with their contacts. This service is expected to be beneficial for companies who want to reach out more effectively to their target audience. Currently, any company that wants to communicate with its clients has to stand out among the many emails and messages on social media. Brilliant by Outspoken gives a new avenue for companies to get the attention of their clients to get their message across more effectively.
This new strategy has given Outspoken some prestigious clients such as Charlotte Russe, Cox (News - Alert) Media Group, Entravision, Jack in the Box and Emmis Communications. Going forward, the rebranding as well as the new product, Brilliant by Outspoken, is expected to help Outspoken become a leader in the messaging market.
