Let’s face it – we have all had trouble in one way or another with staying on track with everything that needs to get done. Whether it is school, work or even social activities, it may become overwhelming to cope with a busy schedule. Technology has revolutionized the way society gets things done, and this includes work, paying bills and even exercising. To take it one step further – in comes Orderly, the to-do list app now available for iOS7. Organization has received a makeover.
Tekton Technologies has released Orderly – Tasks and To-do Lists 2.4, which has been exclusively designed for iOS7. This productivity app has a beautiful interface as well as cloud sync, including “Location Based Reminders,” allowing users to never forget a task that needs to be done. Since cloud sync is now enhanced to support the “Box” platform, Box users can also take advantage of this useful app. Orderly is unique in that it is designed based on how our minds actually visualize to-do lists, combined with the convenience and technology of iPhone gestures – for the those techies who can’t seem to get their priorities straight!
How Orderly works is the user creates a to-do list, and it is displayed on one of three shelves using Apple’s bookshelf metaphor: High, Medium or Low priority. Users can continuously change their priority lists, such as by editing the items within the list or changing the priority of a certain list. The user can even swipe a list to delete it entirely (who needs to shovel the driveway anyways). The app is miraculously easy to use – simply open and close a list through pinching gestures.
The Orderly – Tasks and To-do Lists 2.4 is a sure way to use technology to enhance (and organize!) your life. With all the ways we use technology to better our lives, such as through wearable tech (smart socks anyone?), the world is truly a better, connected place.
